An alliance is being formed with an existing US Company (UpLog.org) whereby the new Japanese investor- Funded company created for immigration will be hiring and providing blogging production personnel (English speaking Americans will be telecommuting by Internet).
Since upLog.org will be able to create eventually 1300+ jobs in the US for professional local news bloggers (Americans), several investments in qualifying real estate and/or investment zones will be facilitated over the next few years, secured by real estate investment at reduced prices due to the current recession.
This newly formed investment company, funded with $1,000,000.00 from the Japanese investors, will buy a 10% stake in the corporation to be formed as UpLog.org, INC, and the company will have a $100,000.00 advertising credit with this 18 months old operating US company: which will use the money to expand US operations, and do marketing for the new companies holdings. UpLog.org management plans eventually to go public as an advertising company that creates it’s own online media, with blogger in each city: with the newly formed Japanese partners acting as a holding company for the real estate assets, and creating housing and jobs for American citizens doing the actual blogging.

2012 Checklist for Automated Website or Blog Audit
This list for a successful automated website that grows and has search engine optimization keeps changing: here is the third annual edition: 
- Is it built in self hosted WordPress CMS (content management system)? WordPress is open source (free) and is the worlds most elaborate and still user friendly, most supported and supportable, most widely used content management system: it allows the website to grow and be easily optimized so that all you must do is post something new at least weekly and you will achieve rankings and traffic (related: 7-best-2012-websites-to-post-content-on-how-and-why)
- Does it offer easy, readily available, easy to see in first frame ways to connect, bookmark, subscribe, Facebook, LinkedIn, podcast, Google+1 (in other words is it social media enabled)? (There is a plethora of plugins and tweaks that can be used by the novice in WordPress to accomplish this connectivity and popularity)
- Can you edit it, change it at will? Can you easily pull up a free video tutorial to do so whenever you get stuck or anything changes? (If it is WordPress, the answer is yes)
- When you cant do a complicated edit or feature yourself, is there a readily available developer and contractor base to help inexpensively? (Again, if it is WordPress, the answer is yes)
- Do you control the domain as the registrant? (If not you do not own the real estate you are creating!)
- Does it get bigger every week? (The Internet grows, so, if your website does not, your rankings are temporary or non-sustainable)
- Are you posting correctly? (related: 5 Minute Seo Blog Posting Guide)
- Is it beautiful? Websites evolve – if it is over two or three years old it is definitely outdated by today’s standards.
- Is there a clear call to action in the first frames? (You will not get leads unless you ask for them)
- It is too busy? People today are in a hurry, they make a decision to stay or bounce in a split second, so if there is too much on the page, they bounce.
- Can you track the results? With Google analytic being free, there is no excuse not to know everything about your visitors, nor is there any reason to pay for that service.
- Is your phone number and click-able email link at the top and bottom and sidebar of every page?
- Is your RSS feed formatted for podcast in any format on any device?? (Again, with Feedburner being all free from Google, this is not an issue with WordPress)
- Is there unique in all the world original content on your site? (IE regurgitated redundancy is spam, and it will not get you to the top of anything)
- Is there any non-commercial content anywhere? Strait sales sites with no personality do not work.
- Can I join, comment, or otherwise be sucked into interacting with you and becoming a lead? If not, why bother?!
