Nobody is more of an advocate for a modern, content rich, growing website with video and lead capture and search engine rankings, and a budget for marketing than us: but this article is about the most underutilized opportunity there is for instant lead generation from search engine rankings for free: Social Media Publishing.

Building and maintaining rankings on your target domain is a task and takes time and an every growing website, and you should do it: but don’t overlook the opportunity to have instant rankings on Google and others by publishing directly to existing niche sites, and to sites that are aggregators of content.

An example is the Google search: internet advertising consultant: although the now well optimized Superpages with their budget of billions has finally found a way at least temporarily to come up line one in the organic (un-paid-for ) results on this search that I have owned line one of for years, I am still line twq, and notice my article on line three: Don’t Get Ripped Off by a Self Proclaimed Internet Advertising … Associated content, an example of a content aggregator, has long since switched to an advertising (Google Adsence primarily) revenue model, and they have stripped the links to my website that helped it get there in the first place out of the article (LOL), the article continues to rank because of their size, and it still doubles my chances, and feeds be referrals, as a matter of fact, that article refers more clients to me than the SEO ranking itself. Together they DOUBLE my chances of getting a hit from this search, which, in November was searched 590 times. Although the no follow links from that article do not help may rankings anymore, as most profiles and articles at blog sites do not (because of no-follow tags), statistics show that 85% of Internet shoppers never click a paid ad, meaning they click the organic results, which i clearly get the lions share of here! Consider the lesser value that all of the paying advertising consultants in the Superpages are receiving only to be lost a CLICK DEEPER WITH EVERY COMPETITOR THEY HAVE!

Now to the point, lets turn the Superpages model around: I am suggesting that you do lots of profiles and article publishing and Groups participation on websites like my favorite (Realtown.com)

(see http://www.realtown.com/Israel/groups/social-media-marketing-tips/view/6678)

If you know how to leverage these niche, topic specific off site publishing and content aggregators’ to build traffic and get instant rankings for ANYTHING YOU WIRTE ABOUT, you begin to understand how to get that power for yourself, and you begin to understand why Realtor SEO is now all about you website being, and being fed by a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SYSTEM!
