I wanted a strategy that would work, where people would click through from the search engines, and I could show my clients that I have Google juice to help them.

I have listings and they are all on top of Google and they are getting sold!  But that is not all: the customer service is excellent.

I can call or write or chat with Israel any time of the day or night.  He is always available to me and he has never charged me anything to answer my questions, and I have many of them.  He integrated my MLS nicely into my template, which I love, even though he had to choose it because I was too busy, just the way I want to be.
