Automated submission the old way does not work; a human being must be involved to do link building.

You’re right – getting a local listing on Google can be done for free.

For the record: I have used your service many times over the years to avoid spam and submission problems from my own servers.
Although we do this ourselves now for our clients, there is nothing anywhere near what you charge that is as good as far as I know – and we are more expensive with the bundled service we provide – minimum $2,550.00 per year. And I forgive you for using an email solicitation that is a little misleading, if you will forgive me.
