Hardwood Flooring LA 101 – how to optimize WordPress Themes

WordPress themes are free, but, like all open-source software, they are not optimized well “out-of-the-box’. In this case, the goal is to rank for the proper names of all the various types of flooring and manufacturers names of the hardwood flooring expert contractors, Kalley Flooring. While I can write about this site and link to it from strong related sites like I am doing here, with contextual links like above to the site, the is only optimized for their proper name, which is easy to rank for. They need to rank on searches for methods of flooring, manufacturers names, and generic hardwood flooring contractor Los Angelessearches, which are very competitive because the actual manufacturers of the Flooring have deep pockets and have dominated these searches, along with Service Masters flooring Contractors, Superpages and some other huge franchised competitors. In order to do this, their website must grow at least weekly (must be a blog) must link to their target websites with relevant content (they have multiple websites, locations) with good anchor-text links, and must be LINKED BACK TO WITH RELATED KEYWORDS TARGETING MATCHING OPTIMIZED PAGES FOR EVERY TERM THEY WANT TO TARGET. This is accomplished in a few ways: we use a WordPress plug-in (All-in-One-SEO) to build proper Meta Tags based on the content of posts and pages. But there is stil more to know about the necessary architecture: Notice the footer on this site, http://kalleycontractors.com: when you hold your mouse over this link, you see that I have linked to them here with text describing what site is about (and is optimized for!). That is exactly what happen in th efooter on every page, as you change pages or posts, the footer link changes to match the content of that page. This means that when people republish and link to this page, it the links will be like this 
This has the same effect as what I am doing here in this post, which will rank for several of these searches by Thursday (don’t ask me how I know, I am an expert, that is how I know!). This is the php code to go in a WordPress theme footer to accomplish this: <a href=”<?php echo get_settings(‘home’); ?>/”> <?php the_title(); ?><br /><?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?> </a> Since many WordPress themes do not build proper H1 tags, another way to do this, in the footer, or the header (depending on aesthetics) is to do it the way we have done it on this site so that the header can be just an image: <h1><a href=”<?php bloginfo( ‘url’ ); ?>”> <?php the_title(); ?> : <?php bloginfo( ‘name’ ); ?></a></h1> is in the footer here: http://rothmanmarketing.com: notice that as you change pages, the text link back to the main page changes based on the page you are on, creating wonderful ranking for very tall searches. Make sure when you post a page or a post, to include the same target key words in the Title, the body, and the tags. Syndicate the RSS feed, sign up for Google local (duh, it is free!), post at least weekly, and you are on your way. Now I will inform the client of what I have done here, post exerts with contextual links back on my various groups at Active Rain, Reatown, etc…Bookmark this page at digg.com, stumbleupon.com..well you gt the idea!
Everything you need to know to do what we do for our clients is here on our blog, for free. However, when you reallize how deep this all goes to be done well in the first place, and maintained when things change, you may want to just pay us instead!

On my blog, all over Active Rain, all over Realtown and various other places to build links and traffic and reach many readers.
Notice that I took some text from your first link, and very carefully built a post out of it so that you have more than one post on the main page. Examine how I did the tags, and the contextual links especially: remember, you want to include the same key words in the title of each post, the body, and the tags, and you want to link to your target sites with those contextual links.
You blog is optimized perfectly, and the posts I did will create some traffic and links; but I cannot emphasize enough that you must post (not links, posts!) at least weekly for this to work.
The articles I wrote will rank for your searches almost immediately (by Thursday), but you must post regularly for your blog to gain power and replace these rankings with your blog.
I have trained you so that you know how to post easily, add pictures, video, text, but I do not see a single post other than the two I did. I told you to create 6 main categories, links, and or pages, and subpages and links from those; instead, you created a bunch more than six links, and did not follow any of my instructions.
This concludes my work for $975 you paid other than hosting for one year. Please closely monitor your results in the days and weeks to come. If you want me to do more work, or to fix the things you did contrary to my instructions, or do the things I have suggested and you have previously agreed that you understood, you will need to pay some ongoing optional $148 Per month payments.
Otherwise I am done. Again, you will be very happy with the rankings this will create shortly, but they will not last and increase unless you follow instructions.
