- How long do you go without checking your email?
- How many profiles do you have between social networks, banking, dating, email, search engines, web-based services?
- Do you get computer withdrawls when you do not have anything to check?
- How long can you sit out by the pool without talking on your cell phone?
- How much of the time is your computer and/or cell phone and/or hand-held device turned on?
- How many such devices do you have?
- Would you miss them if the were gone?
OK, let us just quit pussyfooting around: if you are not addicted to social media, you are an isolated dinosaur and you like it that way!
But not to worry: if you are addicted to socail media, you are in very good company!
